Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the mall’s marketing team by turning ideas into actionable campaigns that drive foot traffic, vehicle count, and sales. This role focuses on planning, executing, and evaluating events and seasonal promotions for the assigned mall.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and assess mall events and seasonal campaigns in line with marketing objectives and timelines.
• Develop and launch advertising strategies across digital, mass media, and social platforms to promote events.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, brands, and partners to secure sponsorships and support initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and produce reports and competitive analyses.
• Ensure all marketing activities are properly documented and compliant, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts or a related 4‑year field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing operations.
• Strong communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to be based at SM City Olongapo Downtown.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Graphic design skills (advantage).
