About the role
The Marketing Officer will lead the preparation of bid proposals and support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms. This role also coordinates product launches and other promotional events, ensuring all deliverables meet client and internal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of RFQ and bid proposal packages, including project lists, organization charts, accreditation documents, and BOQ timelines.
- Prepare and submit final bid packages, ensuring compliance with submission requirements.
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement marketing campaigns on various media channels.
- Organize and manage marketing events such as product launches and media announcements.
Required profile
- College degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of relevant experience in marketing or bid management.
- Strong ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to different audiences.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
