Marketing Officer

About the role

As a Marketing Officer you will lead the creation and execution of dynamic campaigns that enhance the mall experience for families and visitors. Your work will directly influence foot traffic, vehicle counts, and overall sales through innovative, cost‑effective activations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch marketing campaigns that attract shoppers and increase mall visitation.
• Coordinate promotional events and activations that drive foot traffic and vehicle flow.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize sales and visitor engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of all assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, public relations or digital media.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; proven team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Canva for design creation.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to edit photos and videos for marketing purposes.
