Marketing Manager

About the role

Ayala Malls is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of mall‑wide events, promotions, and sponsorship initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to boost foot traffic, increase venue rental income, and enhance brand visibility across our retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and implement Ayala Malls‑initiated events, including local and international shows, sales campaigns, and family activities.
• Drive mall venue rent income targets and marketing recoveries through sponsorships and partnership opportunities.
• Manage communication and public‑relations efforts to raise awareness of both Ayala‑initiated and mall‑initiated promotions.
• Assist merchants in designing tailored marketing programs that promote their brands within the mall environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the retail or hospitality sector.
• Ability to work independently, fast learning, strong English proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
