Marketing Executive (Social Media & CRM)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing brand seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to own our social media presence, email campaigns, WhatsApp automations, and CRM workflows. You will move quickly between creative design, copywriting, and data‑driven optimisation while helping shape overall marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and publish 2 Instagram/Facebook/TikTok carousels per week and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Write product captions, carousel text, blog articles, and ad copy; fact‑check AI‑generated content.
• Plan, design, and schedule end‑to‑end email marketing campaigns.
• Build and manage WhatsApp automation flows (welcome, re‑engagement, post‑purchase).
• Maintain and segment the CRM database; track open, click‑through, and conversion metrics.
• Ideate, pitch, and launch paid and organic campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Research PPC risks, produce marketing collateral, and publish SEO‑optimised blog posts.
• Generate regular performance reports and translate data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Comfortable working autonomously and switching between design tools and campaign briefs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse performance data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with at least one Adobe product (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business automation.
• CRM management and segmentation.
• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads basics.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals for blogs and landing pages.
