Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead our digital presence and support the hotel’s brand across online and offline channels. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, and performance analysis to drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads.
• Oversee social media strategy and create monthly content plans for Facebook, Instagram and the company website.
• Maintain and update the hotel website, ensuring SEO best practices and monitoring traffic with regular reports.
• Produce and edit photos, videos and graphic collaterals using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Manage marketing partnerships with banks and corporate partners.
• Identify emerging digital trends and implement mobile‑marketing initiatives.
• Design printed materials such as posters, announcements and other brand collaterals.
• Ensure consistent brand implementation across all media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of marketing experience; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and self‑motivation.
