Marketing & Communications Manager – Luxury Beauty

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the creation, execution, and performance tracking of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate the desirability of a luxury beauty brand and drive growth. You will own the full marketing calendar, ensuring flawless product launches, campaigns, client activations, and key commercial moments across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an end‑to‑end marketing calendar covering product launches, campaigns, and retail activations.
• Oversee marketing forecasting, performance analysis, and ROI measurement.
• Generate market and consumer insights to inform strategy.
• Lead media, public relations, and retail marketing efforts.
• Design elevated client journeys that deliver a consistent luxury experience at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in marketing communications, activation events, and product launches.
• Extensive experience in beauty retail marketing.
• Professional maturity and ability to act as a strategic business partner.
• 360° marketing experience, not limited to media or PR.
• Familiarity with Beaute Research or comparable research tools.
• Strong numerical proficiency for data‑driven decision making.
