Marketing Communications Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Executive to join Shangri‑La Boracay’s marketing team. The role supports the Director of Marketing Communications in creating compelling visual storytelling and elevating the resort’s brand across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director in planning and executing marketing and communication strategies.
• Manage production, layout, and quality control of print, digital, graphic, and visual assets.
• Create designs and collaterals using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other tools.
• Develop content for social media, website, email, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor and analyse performance across distribution and digital channels.
• Produce and edit videos for promotional and internal use.
• Capture and retouch event, interior, food, and lifestyle photography.
• Maintain brand guidelines and visual identity across all materials.
• Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality, advertising or design agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting ideas.
• Strong analytical mindset to support data‑driven campaign decisions.
