Marketing Associate – Project Coordination & Campaign Management

About the role

The Marketing Associate will support end‑to‑end project management and coordination for marketing plans, campaigns, and internal processes. You will work across multiple workstreams, gaining exposure to platforms such as Gleanin and translation workflows while ensuring seamless cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end project coordination and operational support across several marketing workstreams.
• Lead briefing, development, and management of integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
• Coordinate deliverables with specialized teams, following defined briefs to ensure high‑quality, on‑time execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance impact, and drive better outcomes for marketing initiatives.
• Support RX Philippines workstreams and maintain alignment with RX Manila’s marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of marketing experience; hands‑on experience with marketing platforms is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder and project management abilities.
• Experience in data extraction and reporting to support insights.
• Agility in adapting to process changes and evolving team structures.
• Ability to identify operational gaps and propose workflow improvements.
• Passion for marketing projects and interest in AI adoption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail, self‑directed work style, and collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
