Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support the promotion of our real‑estate projects in General Trias, Cavite. You will help create and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and generate sales leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch targeted marketing campaigns aligned with project sales and brand goals.
• Plan and execute property launches, open houses, broker events, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams, brokers and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and meet sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and refine strategies.
• Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, recommending optimisations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Manage digital platforms—including social media, website and property portals—by creating engaging content.
• Provide administrative and operational support to keep marketing operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Real Estate Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in real‑estate or digital marketing are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative, results‑driven mindset.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
