Marketing Associate – Customer Experience & Campaign Management

About the role

The Marketing Associate will design and manage customer‑experience initiatives for specific market segments. Working under the direction of senior marketing leadership, the role will create, launch and monitor programs and communication campaigns across all channels to drive sales, profitability, satisfaction and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate branding governance to ensure all initiatives align with segment brand values and maintain consistency.
• Formulate marketing strategies using management directions, market analytics, customer insights and cost forecasts.
• Develop and implement segment‑specific products, solutions, programs and campaigns that improve customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Manage partnerships with external entities to strengthen customer affinity.
• Prepare reports for management updates and business reviews.
• Conceptualize and execute communication plans, create creative briefs, and work with agencies to produce and iterate marketing materials based on data analytics.

Required profile

• Strong ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to derive insights from market data and customer research.
• Experience in managing marketing programs, product launches and communication campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
