Marketing and Communications Specialist

About the role

The Institute of Internal Auditors Philippines (IIA‑P) is seeking a full‑time Marketing and Communications Specialist to lead the promotion of its programs, events and professional initiatives. Based in Metro Manila, you will work on‑site with internal teams and external partners to raise the visibility of the organization within the internal audit community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans that highlight IIA‑P’s offerings.
• Create and manage content for digital platforms, print materials, newsletters and social media.
• Coordinate and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Maintain and update the organization’s website and online presence.
• Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform strategy and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align communications with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Familiarity with professional associations or the internal audit sector is an advantage.
