Market Manager – Hotel Partnerships

About the role

Trip.com Group is looking for a Market Manager to expand its hotel partner portfolio in the Philippines. You will introduce high‑potential hotels to the Trip.com platform, support their onboarding, and promote our brand and online reservation services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new hotel partners, presenting Trip.com’s value proposition.
• Promote the Trip.com brand and online reservation services to hotels.
• Maintain rate parity, availability, and inventory for assigned hotels.
• Advise hotels on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market, product, competitor, price, and supplier research and analysis.
• Handle other assigned tasks and projects as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, marketing support, hotel reservations, revenue or yield management, or related fields.
• Detail‑oriented with fast learning capability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dynamic, positive attitude and strong team player.
• Experience in an OTA environment is a plus.
