Manufacturing Technician – Machine Operation

About the role

The Manufacturing Technician will convert raw materials into finished goods on a dedicated production line, using allocated manpower, tools, equipment and systems. The role ensures product quality meets specifications and operates in a food manufacturing environment in Sucat, Muntinlupa.

Key responsibilities

• Execute conversion of raw materials into finished goods using allocated resources.
• Ensure raw material and finished product quality meets standard specifications.
• Operate and maintain process equipment to achieve optimum efficiency and quality.
• Conduct equipment inspections during production runs.
• Lift heavy equipment as required.
• Follow a rotating shift schedule and work in hot or cold environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Electromechanics Technology, Industrial Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in machine operation within food manufacturing or a similar industry, or a fresh graduate with hands‑on internship/OJT in machine operation.
• Ability to work in hot and/or cold conditions.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
