Manufacturing Operator

About the role
The Manufacturing Operator will work on the production floor, ensuring that equipment runs smoothly and production targets are met. This position requires a solid technical background and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity while following a rotating shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment used in manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Follow assigned shift schedules and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall production efficiency.
Required profile
- Graduate of a two‑year vocational or technical course.
- Demonstrated integrity and reliability in previous roles.
- Willingness to be assigned to Valenzuela City.
- Readiness to work on a shifting schedule.
