About the role
Manufacturing Inventory Assistant provides support to site operations by ensuring inventory record accuracy and document compliance, helping avoid delays and unnecessary costs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of the inventory management system (1.1) and generate reports to monitor critical areas.
- Initiate corrective actions and coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, distribution, marketing, operations and purchasing to resolve discrepancies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce or Industrial Engineering.
- 2‑3 years experience in commissary, pharmaceutical, logistics or manufacturing, preferably in food manufacturing inventory control.
Required skills
- Experience with SAP and data analysis.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
