Manufacturing Director

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Director for our Metro Manila site to lead end‑to‑end production operations in a leading food manufacturing company. The role ensures that production targets are met while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing activities, integrating production processes to achieve agreed‑upon quality and service standards.
• Monitor labor cost utilization against work standards and drive achievement of operational KPIs.
• Lead evaluation, budgeting and implementation of CAPEX projects aimed at productivity, capacity expansion and new capability development.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, quality certifications and integrated management systems across all production areas.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM and continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and equipment capability.
• Manage inventory control, capacity expansion projects and system compliance.
• Develop and coach direct reports through performance management, succession planning and competency building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or related field with exposure to food manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing plant operations.
