Manager, FP&A

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, FP&A (regional focus) to join our regional functional business partnering team. In this role you will collaborate closely with the regional functions to develop our businesses across our three brands – foodpanda, foodora and Yemeksepeti – leveraging insights from P&L and cash‑flow analyses to enable data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, refine and maintain robust financial models and forecasting templates covering strategic planning, capital allocation, cash management and ad‑hoc business decisions across the region.
• Monitor monthly operational and financial performance by analysing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, mid‑month run rates and non‑financial metrics, communicating variances and key trends.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with senior regional leadership, serving as a trusted advisor on investment cases and translating complex financial data into clear recommendations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional functions such as logistics, commercial, service operations and pricing, establishing scalable processes and influencing functional management to hit targets.
• Lead cost‑saving and revenue‑enhancing initiatives while continuously streamlining, automating and improving financial, operational and reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3–8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, investment banking or strategy consulting, preferably in fast‑paced, high‑growth tech, e‑commerce or logistics environments.
• Advanced Excel modelling capability and hands‑on experience analysing large data sets using analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL or Power BI.
• Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills with proven ability to influence senior decision‑makers and simplify financial concepts for non‑finance partners.
• Proactive, self‑motivated team player with strong ownership, a hands‑on attitude and determination to build processes from the ground up.
