Manager, Financial Reporting (APAC, EMEA, LATAM)

About the role

Netflix is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its Manila‑based Financial Reporting team supporting the APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions. The role combines hands‑on team leadership with end‑to‑end statutory financial statement preparation for a portfolio of Netflix entities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day oversight and mentorship for the Manila Financial Reporting team, fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
• Collaborate with regional reporting leaders to align team output with global reporting strategy.
• Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP.
• Manage external audit processes and act as primary contact for auditors and regulators.
• Partner with tax, finance, engineering and other functions to resolve accounting issues and drive process improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across reporting workflows.
