Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will lead and build the FP&A function, ensuring accurate and timely internal and external financial reporting. The role also drives continuous process improvements and supports the Reporting Manager on ad‑hoc assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Report monthly key results, highlights and insights to Finance Lead, Philippines and higher offices for external and management compliance.
• Oversee daily activities of the Finance and Accounting RTR team related to FP&A, guaranteeing completeness, accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Support the Reporting Manager in group tasks, objectives and strategic projects.
• Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies and principles in line with local and international standards.
• Maintain efficient accounting systems and processes for quick, reliable reporting.
• Collaborate with higher offices on accounting queries to ensure timely submission and compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors on forecasts, budget reporting and year‑end financial statements.
• Lead meetings with internal and external parties to communicate finance‑related matters.

Required skills

• Registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum four years of experience in external auditing and private company finance.
• At least two years of audit experience and two years of managerial experience.
• Proficiency with at least two accounting ERP systems; Oracle ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
