Manager, Account Development – FMCG Client Portfolio

About the role

NIQ/GFK is seeking a commercially driven Manager, Account Development to lead and expand a portfolio of fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) clients across the Philippines. This individual contributor role focuses on revenue growth through account development, client retention, cross‑selling, and new business acquisition, leveraging NielsenIQ's market intelligence and analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing FMCG client relationships to meet revenue and commercial targets.
• Identify and pursue cross‑selling and upselling opportunities for NIQ solutions and services.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and client segments.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive client engagement and business development activities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client challenges and commercial objectives.
• Develop tailored value propositions and solution recommendations.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and enhance market presence.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations and conduct regular business reviews.
