Mall Manager – Manila Cluster

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Mall Manager to lead the strategic and operational performance of our Manila cluster, which includes XentroMall San Andres, XentroMall Sta. Ana, Pamilihang Bayan ng Trabaho, and Pamilihang Bayan ng Sampaloc. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, high occupancy, superior customer experience, profitability and safety across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all four facilities, maintaining standards for maintenance, cleanliness and infrastructure.
• Manage the cluster’s Profit & Loss, drive revenue growth, control operating expenses and meet income targets.
• Implement corporate policies, SOPs and guidelines consistently across locations.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants, handling lease renewals, negotiations and issue resolution.
• Lead property enhancement projects to modernize and improve mall aesthetics and foot traffic.
• Implement and monitor security and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare accurate financial, operational and facility reports for executive review.
• Coordinate with third‑party service providers, government agencies and community stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in property, mall or retail operations management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
