Maintenance Technician – Toledo (Cebu, Philippines)

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician for CBRE in Toledo, Cebu, you will ensure the reliable operation of small to medium‑size buildings and their mechanical, electrical and other systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and supporting energy‑efficient building performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues and carry out corrective work.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track completion and coordinate with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift/carry loads of 50 lb or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards under supervision.
• Strong communication skills for clear, concise information exchange.
• Organizational mindset with inquisitive approach.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
