Maintenance Technician - HVAC

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician specialized in HVAC systems to join our team. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of cooling equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on split‑type and window‑type air‑conditioning units, chiller water units, chillers, freezers, and container‑van chillers/freezers.
• Diagnose faults and resolve issues in air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Move, transport, and install air‑conditioning units and related parts as required.
• Inspect equipment for compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
• Perform regular maintenance check‑ups and document service activities.

Required profile

• Possession of a TESDA Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (NC II) or equivalent qualification.
• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC systems, methods, and safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and adaptability to varying work environments.
• Preferably owns a motorcycle for site mobility.
