Maintenance Technician – Building Systems

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation of small to medium‑size buildings in Cebu City. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring that mechanical, electrical and other building systems run efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, electrical and related building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues and implement fixes.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track completion using CBRE’s maintenance system.
• Support energy management by monitoring system performance and efficiency.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to resolve straightforward technical problems.
