Maintenance Technician – Building Systems

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician for CBRE, you will support the upkeep of small to medium‑sized buildings and industrial equipment in General Trias, Cavite. The position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, focusing on preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and execute corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Support energy management by maintaining efficient operation of all systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift/carry loads of 50 lb or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
