Maintenance Technician – Bohol (Full‑time)

About the role

CBRE is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support small‑to‑medium sized buildings and industrial equipment in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. The role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services team and focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and system optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues and carry out corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Support energy‑management initiatives by keeping systems operating efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to resolve straightforward problems and communicate clearly with the team.

Required profile

• High School diploma, GED or trade school certificate with 1‑2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift ≥ 50 lb.
• Capability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organisational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
