About the role
The Maintenance Staff member will support daily utility operations and keep two designated hubs clean and functional. This position requires a proactive approach to facility upkeep, safety compliance, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Report to two hubs each week (Amang Pasig and New Manila) to clean offices and restrooms.
- Assist in daily utility operations and general maintenance tasks.
- Perform cleaning and minor repairs of facilities and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any issues to management promptly.
- Use own motorcycle for commuting between sites.
Required profile
- High School or Senior High School diploma (required).
- 1‑3 years of experience in a related field (preferred).
- Physically demanding work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Ability to operate machinery.
- Capability to perform manual labor.
- Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols.
