Maintenance Officer – Bauang, La Union

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Officer to keep our showroom and related facilities in Bauang, La Union operating safely and efficiently. The role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimise downtime and support a pleasant customer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of showroom facilities, equipment, electrical, lighting, air‑conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Repair minor issues such as leaks, broken fixtures and damaged fittings; coordinate major repairs with external technicians.
• Maintain walls, ceilings, floors, doors and overall showroom structure, including painting, carpentry and minor renovations.
• Support cleanliness by assisting housekeeping and keeping maintenance/storage areas organised.
• Ensure safety equipment is functional and comply with occupational health and safety standards, addressing hazards immediately.
• Maintain fixtures, display stands, signage and lighting to enhance product presentation.
• Manage tools, maintenance equipment and spare‑parts inventory, requesting supplies as needed.
• Record and report all maintenance activities, inspections and repairs to supervisors.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from showroom staff and handle emergency repairs.

Required profile

• Willingness to be based in Bauang, La Union.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair or a similar role.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
