Maintenance Engineer – Laboratory & Production

About the role

The Maintenance Engineer will ensure the availability and reliability of machines, measurement test equipment, and tools within a laboratory environment. The role focuses on performing periodic maintenance and repair activities to support product quality and production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on laboratory and production equipment.
• Maintain the availability of measurement test equipment and tools.
• Interpret and work from electrical and mechanical diagrams while adhering to safety standards.
• Operate and maintain environmental chambers as required.
• Apply quality control (QC) tools to verify equipment performance.
• Document maintenance activities and follow established laboratory procedures.

Required profile

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Flexible, urgent‑mindset and able to work under pressure.
