About the role
We are looking for a Mail Management Officer to join our fast‑growing fintech, Salmon, in the Philippines. The role will support the end‑to‑end processing of payment cards, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Process and pack payment cards for release.
- Monitor undelivered cards and update delivery status.
- Manage card inventory and validate courier billing.
- Handle card personalization (card perso) and coordinate with couriers.
- Track and report on card scheme handling and courier performance.
Required profile
- College graduate.
- Experience in fintech or banking, specifically with card releasing, personalization, scheme handling, and courier coordination.
Required skills
- Card processing and inventory management.
- Courier billing validation.
