Luxury Travel Specialist – High‑Net‑Worth Client Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Luxury Travel Specialist to manage warm inbound leads from affluent Canadian travellers. The role focuses on consultative selling, guiding clients through multi‑step travel bookings without cold‑calling. You will work from our Philippines office on a night‑shift aligned with Canada time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations to capture travel preferences, budgets and expectations.
• Present curated travel itineraries, explain inclusions, pricing tiers and value propositions in a sophisticated manner.
• Maintain multi‑week follow‑ups, nurture leads and convert them into bookings within defined timelines.
• Handle objections, clarify concerns and guide clients toward informed decisions while keeping CRM records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously across 1–4 week sales cycles, ensuring timely communication and proactive next steps.
• Coordinate with tour operators for booking finalisation and seamless client handoff after a sale.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in sales or client‑facing roles, preferably in hospitality, real estate, financial services or other high‑ticket consultative sales.
• Strong spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred, B2–C1 level).
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with high‑net‑worth individuals, typically aged 55+ in the Canadian market.
• Experience managing multi‑touch, multi‑week sales cycles and consistent follow‑up.
• Highly organized, comfortable using CRMs and meticulous about record‑keeping.
• Professional, calm demeanor suited for a mature, affluent clientele.
• University degree preferred; at least two years of college education.
• Willingness to work full‑time night‑shift aligned with Canada time zones from an office in the Philippines.
