About the role

Marigold Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Logistics Systems Assistant to support its Logistics Manager in optimizing daily operations. The role focuses on reviewing current processes, establishing work standards, and implementing monitoring procedures to ensure efficient material flow within the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Logistics Manager in evaluating existing logistics operations and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
• Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and transport partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate record‑keeping.
• Support data collection and reporting for logistics performance reviews.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and transportation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
