Logistics Specialist – 3PL Operations Management

About the role

The Logistics Specialist will support the oversight of third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring service delivery meets contractual terms and business expectations. You will work on‑site in Sucat, Muntinlupa, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate KPI data (OTIF, IRA, TAT, Damages, IA, Reversal) and maintain performance dashboards.
• Track and document 3PL compliance with SLAs and contract obligations.
• Maintain a repository of 3PL contracts and key obligations.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews, preparing reports, presentations, and insights.
• Provide data for logistics cost analysis and prepare purchase requisitions for standard materials.
• Check partner compliance on building and facilities management activities (security, housekeeping, refrigeration, utilities, maintenance).
• Prepare management reports related to HACCP, GWP, and EHSS.

Required profile

• Graduate in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in end‑to‑end warehouse operations (inbound and outbound).
• Strong data‑analysis abilities and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, dashboards).
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple deliverables.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Knowledge of contract terms, SLAs, and vendor compliance is a plus.
• Willingness to perform fieldwork and work full‑time onsite in Sucat.
