Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer will join the SEAG2G Operations Support Team, reporting to the Operations Manager. Based in the Philippines, the role supports the Southeast Asia and Australia Government Partnerships program by coordinating logistics activities across Australia and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics tasks assigned by the Operations Manager to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Collaborate with the Partnership team, MEL & GEDSI team, Communications and Learning Coordinator to align logistics support with program objectives.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport for staff and stakeholders as required.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, expenses, and inventory.
• Assist in procurement processes and vendor management in accordance with program guidelines.
