Logistics Officer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Officer to join the TX S&OP team at TOA Global in Cebu. Working hybrid – remote on Mondays and onsite the rest of the week – you will coordinate customer service and logistics functions to meet strict targets and ensure smooth execution of inventory, transportation and client fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transport bookings with designated logistics vendors, adhering to lead times and service agreements.
• Allocate stock to customer orders to optimise quality, service metrics and revenue.
• Oversee load and vehicle management to maximise vehicle fill rates in line with daily demand‑supply plans.
• Administer the CHEP pallet account, track usage and prepare monthly reconciliations.
• Handle delivery documentation, virtual filing, transaction processing and back‑end reconciliation for sales support.
• Provide administrative support to CS&L planners to ensure consistent execution.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, adapting to fluctuating harvest volumes.

Required profile

• Prior experience in supply chain, logistics or operational support.
• Proven ability to follow documented SOPs and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability and workflow optimisation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
