Logistics Officer – Airfreight

About the role

As a Logistics Officer specializing in airfreight, you will be the go‑to expert for time‑critical shipments, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Based in Alabang, you will work on‑site with a dynamic team to manage both national and international cargo movements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, advise on restrictions (weather, geopolitical, trade compliance) and propose suitable solutions.
• Represent clients to carriers, negotiate with suppliers, and validate service quotes.
• Create and manage shipment files in the F.A.S.T system, give instructions to Back Officers, and maintain real‑time communication.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on loading, pickup, and delivery of goods across all transportation modes.
• Control administrative documents, update IT tools, manage dispute cases, and supervise Back Officers.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in international logistics with exposure to multiple transport modes.
• Expert knowledge of air transport regulations, Incoterms, customs and compliance requirements.
• Proven managerial and coordination abilities, high stress tolerance, and 24/7 shift availability.
• Business‑level English proficiency and strong written/ verbal communication.
• Strict adherence to procedures, quality, hygiene and safety standards.
