About the role

The Logistics Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of transportation and distribution activities, ensuring goods move efficiently and cost‑effectively while meeting delivery timelines and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics and transportation operations, overseeing fleet utilization, routing, and cost control.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules to guarantee timely dispatch and receipt of products.
• Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to align operational requirements.
• Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and coordinators, fostering operational efficiency and teamwork.
• Maintain relationships with third‑party logistics providers and negotiate service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, transportation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Track logistics KPIs such as delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and freight costs.
• Oversee inventory management, conduct audits, and implement warehouse management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
