Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a proactive Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to join its fully remote team. You will ensure that products move smoothly from suppliers to customers, supporting the company’s fast‑growing e‑commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee order lifecycle from placement to delivery, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping partners to resolve issues and keep operations on track.
• Monitor inventory levels, flag low‑stock or back‑order situations, and maintain up‑to‑date product availability.
• Address fulfillment errors, shipping delays, or product discrepancies promptly.
• Generate regular reports on fulfillment status, shipping performance, and inventory trends.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline logistics workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, order fulfillment, or e‑commerce operations.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external coordination.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using order management systems.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking tools.
