Logistics FinOps and Disputes Team Lead

About the role

The Logistics FinOps and Disputes Team Lead will head a group of agents responsible for delivering both non‑physical and outsourced physical products to a portfolio of customers. This role combines supply‑chain expertise with finance‑operations insight to enhance customer experience and drive cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring delivery of non‑physical and outsourced physical products.
• Proactively support customers and drive issue resolution within the assigned geography.
• Promote adoption of digital solutions and implement cost‑saving plans aligned with procurement logic.
• Design and drive revenue‑optimising opportunities and evaluate decisions related to Maersk Integrated Management Systems.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, represent the customer voice, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service.
• Review and update SOPs/IOPs based on issue resolution and exception management.
• Work closely with Global Service Centre (GSC) to accelerate efficiency and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams with full employee‑lifecycle responsibilities (hiring, coaching, performance appraisal).
• Strong background in supply‑chain or logistics environments, including planning, visibility and capacity management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive customer‑experience strategies.
• Experience in implementing cost‑saving initiatives and revenue‑optimisation projects.
