About the role
The Logistics Coordinator ensures that outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time, adhering to lead‑time and documentation standards. This position supports FAST Logistics Group’s end‑to‑end supply chain operations across the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Verify outgoing shipments for completeness and compliance with prescribed lead times.
- Prepare and review all required shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth dispatch.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any discrepancies before departure.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year degree program.
- At least 6 months of relevant logistics or supply‑chain experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle.
