About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Philteq Enterprise Incorporated. The role is based in an accessible office in Cubao, Metro Manila, and focuses on ensuring smooth logistics operations. The position is full‑time and on‑site, reporting to the logistics manager.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day logistics operations to maintain efficiency.
- Handle billing processes related to shipments and services.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all logistics activities.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
- Provide support to the logistics team and assist with internal communications.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics, operations, billing, documentation, or vendor coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be able to work on‑site in Cubao and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
