Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Awesome CX by Transcom is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for its Davao site. The role ensures the smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods, supporting timely and cost‑effective delivery while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update shipment data in Smartsheet, NetSuite, and email platforms.
• Coordinate with buyers, inventory, quality control, contract manufacturers, and warehouse teams to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Book inland, air, and ocean shipments with carriers, forwarders, and third‑party services following approved business rules.
• Track shipments, issue ASNs, and provide status updates to internal and external customers.
• Prepare shipping documents, convert units and currencies, and monitor shipment costs.
• Identify delays, investigate root causes, and propose solutions.
• Support month‑end reporting and other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in international logistics or a related field, or a recent graduate in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Team player with a sense of urgency and customer‑centric attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using Smartsheet.
• Experience using NetSuite.
• Basic math for unit and currency conversion.
