Logistics Assistant

About the role

BioSystems is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the delivery of analytical solutions across the Philippines. You will act as the frontline representative, ensuring products, documents and materials reach customers and partners safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver products, documents and materials to customers, suppliers and designated locations.
• Verify delivery items against invoices, purchase orders and other supporting documents before dispatch.
• Obtain customer signatures and proof of delivery, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Handle products and company assets with care to prevent damage, loss or contamination.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, route planning and shipment updates with the Logistics Team.
• Assist the Administration Team with requisition and procurement of supplies needed for delivery operations.
• Support collection and handling of payments, checks and related documents as authorized.
• Report delivery delays, accidents, vehicle issues or other incidents promptly.
• Participate in warehouse activities such as inventory handling, stock preparation and inventory counts when not on delivery assignments.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, vocational course or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehousing or distribution is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking delivery documents.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Responsible, dependable and able to work independently.
