Loan Processor – Australian Home Loans (Remote, Day Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Loan Processor to join an established Australian mortgage brokerage. The position is fully remote, based in the Philippines, and operates on an Australian day‑shift schedule. You will work closely with experienced Australian brokers to support residential home‑loan applications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process Australian home‑loan files from application to settlement.
• Verify borrower information, documentation, and compliance with Australian lending regulations.
• Communicate with brokers, lenders, and clients to resolve queries and ensure timely loan progression.
• Maintain accurate records in the brokerage’s loan management system.
• Assist in coordinating with Australian partners for approvals and funding.

Required profile

• Prior experience processing residential home loans in Australia.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work Australian business hours.
