Loan Processor – Australian Home Loans (2+ yrs experience) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support an established Australian brokerage from the comfort of your home in the Philippines. You will manage residential loan files from application through settlement, ensuring a smooth experience for lenders, solicitors, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own loan files end‑to‑end, coordinating with lenders, solicitors and borrowers.
• Prepare and verify documentation required for loan settlement.
• Maintain accurate records and update loan management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Australian mortgage regulations and brokerage policies.
• Communicate status updates to all stakeholders in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of broker‑side mortgage processing experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet day‑shift deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
