About the role

The Live Operator Specialist leads TikTok live streaming operations, overseeing talent, coaches, and operators to boost viewership, gifting, branding, and revenue while ensuring compliance with TikTok policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage live streaming schedules, campaigns, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor talent performance, attendance, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, creative, and production teams.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase viewers, engagement, gifters, and overall revenue.
• Track key performance indicators, generate performance reports, and ensure smooth, on‑time execution of live events.
• Support talent development, retention, and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred).
• Extensive experience (approximately 35 years) in live streaming, talent management, or digital entertainment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of TikTok live trends, monetization models, and compliance requirements.
