Liquidation Assistant

About the role

The Liquidation Assistant supports the finance team by processing, monitoring and reconciling liquidation transactions. You will ensure that all liquidations are accurately recorded, compliant with company policies, and submitted on time.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile liquidation transactions in SAP.
• Review supporting documents, validate expenses and claims, and prepare liquidation reports.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, finance and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and support month‑end closing and audit activities.
• Ensure timely submission of liquidation documentation within established timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in liquidation, accounting, finance or related administrative support.
• Working knowledge of SAP; experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation abilities.
• High attention to detail, integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
