Linux Architect (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio, a global IT services firm, is seeking a Linux Architect for a French client that manufactures glasses and works with opticians. The role focuses on designing, securing and optimizing Linux platforms while supporting the client’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define non‑functional requirements and guide strategic initiatives for Linux platforms.
• Ensure compliance and security by advising on fixes and aligning with standards.
• Design architectural solutions, influence technical direction and create road‑maps for virtual platforms.
• Select and implement automation, monitoring and management tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead problem records for Linux platforms and drive continuous improvement and standardisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Linux in enterprise environments.
• RHCE certification.
• Willingness to work on‑site three days a week in Alabang (hybrid model).
• Experience with high‑density HPE hardware and large‑scale Linux deployments.

• IT security concepts and TCP/IP networking

What we offer

• Salary: PHP 180,000 – 200,000 per month
• Transportation allowance of PHP 4,000 per month
