Line Technician

About the role

Littelfuse is seeking a Line Technician to support manufacturing and testing operations. The role involves interpreting schematics, diagrams, and verbal instructions to perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting of electrical components.

Key responsibilities

• Perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting functions based on schematics and defined plans (approximately 65% of time).
• Assist engineers with design, construction, modification, fabrication, and assembly of components (about 15%).
• Conduct tests, collect data, and document results (around 10%).
• Follow established safety and quality procedures to ensure accurate outcomes (about 10%).
• Support additional engineering activities and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate degree or two‑year technical/trade degree (or equivalent) preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or test environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and technical aptitude.
• Detail‑oriented; experience with CAD is a plus.
